Signal Testing for Better Sound

Jeep Build Episode #2
Lesson Overview:

Hey Internet! Whenever I kick off a new car audio project  I like to get a baseline measurement of a few different very important aspects of the system. This helps me determine a good plan for how to best improve the sound. In the case of Project Jeep build I currently have a factory head unit installed. Now in this vehicle the head unit radio is easy to replace, and I plan to, but what if the vehicle was a vehicle that had a much more built in radio that couldn’t be replaced. Or what if I liked the functionality of the stock radio, but was unsure if it would perform well when adding aftermarket gear? In this video I am going to give you an overview of a few things I looked at on project jeep build to establish a good baseline, and make a plan for how to best improve the system.

Stay tuned for more details on the SA-4100i and possibly a CAF fan special. ;)
