Quick Custom Subwoofer Baffle
Add a custom touch to a subwoofer box with these steps!
Building a custom subwoofer box is a fun project that when done correctly can really add to the overall experience of a car audio system. But beyond the subwoofer bass and music it’s fun to make the box look cool as well. In this short two video series I go over making a custom sub enclosure for a 10” subwoofer with a custom baffle. We will use a table saw, router, and templates along with some other tools to make a unique box in Part 1. In part 2 I show some more special router bits and the use of custom vinyl and paint techniques to finish the front baffle. Thank you to show sponsor Mobile Solutions for providing tools and materials used in this project.
